Vimarsh: An Endeavour to Share Knowledge (ISSN: 0976-5174), erstwhile enlisted with UGC as Journal No. 63419, currently indexed with the Directory of Research Journal Indexing (DRJI), is a bi-annual peer-reviewed refereed journal of the School of Business Management, IFTM University, Moradabad, India.

Vimarsh, in Hindi, means an investigation, a deliberation, a consideration or a consultation. The journal attempts to reflect the same image by providing a common ground to share accumulated knowledge. In short, Vimarsh is a deliberate investigation of professional management issues to share drawn considerations through consultation.

The journal’s journey so far reflects our effort to encourage and accommodate research focused on emerging management issues in the changing business scenario while maintaining an international orientation. We seek to publish work that employs a broad range of research methods while pursuing our principal objective of disseminating engaging and quality research that increases knowledge of the world at large.
