IFTM University nurtures student’s innovation and creates a culture of Startup and Entrepreneurship among the students from its Schools. In this direction, IFTM University established a dedicated centre “IFTM Business Incubation Foundation (IFTM BIF)”. This centre is incorporated with the objective to start the start-up and entrepreneurship culture across all Schools of the University from June 2021. IFTM BIF intends to create an ecosystem for promoting start-ups and innovations for students, faculty and alumni of IFTM University by developing an end-to-end mentorship and incubation for potential business model with a motive is to build avenues of integration and partnership with other agencies. IFTM BIF also presents a platform and a unique opportunity for start-ups to not only stimulate their entrepreneurial journeys through seed funding, but also build a community of potential investors, customers, business partners and fellow entrepreneurs around them.
IFTM University have also established Institution Innovation Council (IIC) as per the norms and directions of Innovation Cell, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. This cell is continuously organizing programs and competition among students for promoting culture of startups and innovations.
